Once the customer has completed the final sign-off and payment transactions all property rights of the renders are passed onto the customer.
The customer is free to publish work onto any platform or website, REMO STUDIO takes no responsibility for images once the customer has received final renders.
If images are placed onto social media, the customer is required to tag REMO STUDIOS social media page to the images to allow company to claim the rights to generating the models and renders.
Any work that has been created by REMO STUDIO, ad presented by a different company without REMO STUDIOʼs consent will be classed as copyright infringement and legal action taken. If a customer is found to be selling REMO STUDIO work as their own, will also result in legal action being taken.
